2. Do you offer any game demos or events?

Yes! We regularly host game nights, tournaments, and demos so you can try out new games before purchasing. Check our events calendar for upcoming activities or visit us in-store to learn about the latest happenings.

3. Can I preorder new releases?

Absolutely! If you're looking for the latest expansions or new game releases, you can preorder them through our website or in-store. Be sure to keep an eye on our announcements for preorder opportunities.

4. Do you carry gaming accessories?

Yes, we stock a wide range of gaming accessories, including dice, card sleeves, board game organizers, terrain for miniature games, and more! If it enhances your tabletop experience, we likely have it.

5. What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied with an unopened game or accessory, we accept returns within a specified period (usually 2 weeks). Please refer to our full return policy for specific terms.

Of course! Our knowledgeable staff are always happy to help you find the perfect game for your group or family. Whether you're into strategy, party games, or cooperative adventures, we can guide you to something you'll love.

7. Do you offer online shopping?

Yes! Our online store carries a full range of our in-store products. You can browse and order from the comfort of your home, and we’ll ship directly to you. We also offer local pick-up if you're in the area and want to save on shipping.

8. How is shipping handled for online orders?

We offer shipping to a wide range of locations, including international destinations. Domestic orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and we use reliable carriers like DHL Express to ensure safe delivery. International shipping times may vary based on location, so please allow extra time for delivery.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship to many countries around the world. When placing an international order, be sure to check for any specific shipping restrictions or regulations in your country. International shipping rates and delivery times will depend on your location, so we’ll provide a quote at checkout.

10. How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. You’ll be able to view the estimated shipping cost before completing your order at checkout. We also offer special promotions and discounted shipping rates from time to time, so keep an eye out!

11. What if I need to return an item?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! For returns, please refer to our detailed return policy. Generally, items can be returned within 30 days as long as they are unopened and in their original condition. If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

12. Do you offer refunds for international orders?

Yes, we do accept refunds for international orders under the same conditions as domestic orders (within 14 days, unopened, and in original condition). However, please note that international return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and customs fees or taxes that may apply are non-refundable.

13. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can easily follow its progress as it makes its way to you.

14. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Loyalty Points


You can earn 1 B2G Point for every 50 AED spent at any Back to Games shop or our webstore. Our system will keep track of your points, which will then be converted to in-store or B2G webstore credit after the time of acquirement.

Please register your details with us as we will use your full name, email, or mobile number to find you in our system. As a thank you, upon sign-up, you will receive 5 B2G Points to spend on your next purchase.


Returns, Exchange and Refunds


Any product returned must be in the same condition as had been previously purchased or received (in the case of a gift), and in its original packaging.  You may return the item within two weeks from the date of purchase.  The product may only be exchanged for another item of the same or greater value.  A cash or credit refund is not possible. Please present the original invoice or gift receipt, when returning an item to any of our shops. 


Missing or Damaged Parts and Game Components


Although extremely rare, sometimes you may discover parts that may be missing or damaged after opening a new game. Back to Games is a retailer, we do not design, manufacture or distribute the products we sell. We have a huge selection of games and are therefore unable to carry or provide missing components or parts for any of our titles. Game Publishers are directly responsible for any missing or damaged components and must be contacted through their own customer service portal, usually found on their main website. Once contacted, they usually respond within a few days and will mail you whatever is required to correct the issue with your purchase. Our team can assist you on providing contact details of the Publisher.


Online Ordering and Shipping


How do you Place an Order Online?

By creating an account via this website, you are provided the convenience of buying online. Search through our vast catalog for the same tabletop games and accessories available in store! We accept Cash on Delivery (for orders being dispatched to the UAE only) or Paypal (for both local and international orders). You can find shipping info below.

Shipping UAE Orders

Free shipping is provided for any order above 299 AED on serviced areas. Otherwise, shipping across the UAE is 17 AED. If items would be split between multiple stores, shipping fee is added per shop involved. All shipments will be provided with a tracking number and will arrive within 2-3 business days after confirming the order. Cut-off time will be until 3:00 PM. Any order confirmed after the cut-off time will be processed the next day.

International Shipping

Back to Games exports its products to most countries around the world under its partnership with DHL Express. All orders are provided with a safe and reliable tracking number. Our website will automatically calculate the shipping charge to your country after you make a purchase. Payment for all international orders is done through PayPal.  Please note that any Import Customs or Tax Fees, which may be required your country’s Customs Authority, are not included in your purchase. Return is not possible for international orders. We refund it instead if the item is damaged.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We unfortunately do not have that option. However, we assure you that our bags are sturdy and of great quality.

Gift Vouchers

If you cannot decide on what tabletop game you would like to gift your friends or loved ones? Why not opt for a B2G Gift Voucher? These vouchers can be purchased in store and are valid for 6 months.

Do you have games for rent?

We do not rent out our games. Our demos and played in store for free. Otherwise you can purchase any of the hundreds of titles that we have on our shelves.

Do you sell electronic games?

Back to Games is a brand that specialises in the retail of tabletop games only. We do not carry or sell any electronic games, consoles or computer hardware/software.


The B2G Experience


Playing at the Stores

We welcome to any of our shops during our opening hours and play for FREE. Back to Games offers over 150 free demo games at each shop, and our team members are happy to teach you how to play them too. Otherwise, Back to Games strongly believes in supporting a healthy tabletop culture and therefore invites UAE’s gaming communities to bring their own games to play in-store if they chose. If you’re coming on weekends and plan to play with a bigger group, you may call us beforehand, so we can prepare a space for you.

What Demos do you offer?

There’s a lot to choose from with our Library. From children to adult, family to friends and light/fast games to heavier more strategic ones. We also have great 2-player games for couples.

Games Nights

Every night is a Games Night at Back to Games. We are usually jam-packed during the weekends & seats are on a first come first serve basis. We have regulars coming in who play Magic: The Gathering, X-Wing, Guild Ball, some LCGs, RPGs and other board games.

Miniatures Painting

Each shop has a painting station built for novices who want to try out and learn more the fantastic hobby of miniature painting. Experienced painters are also more than welcome to paint at our shops and share their techniques with others. If you are a beginner and are interested, please do not hesitate, we are happy to teach you and help you discover a new talent.

F&B In-Store Policies

Hot Foods, home-made food and open drinks are not allowed while playing inside the shop. However, dry foods and bottled drinks are okay.

Availability of Stocks

Stocks seen on our online shop represent combined numbers for both our branches (Abu Dhabi and Dubai). Please contact us to know more about the location of the stocks you’re planning to pick up.

Can't find a specific Game?

Upcoming, new, unavailable and games that are currently out of stock can be requested as a Pre-Order. Please contact us and provide us with your name, contact details and the game title to be listed. You will be notified by our team once the game(s) is available for pickup or to be sent to your location via web-order.

Are your games new and genuine?

All our products are new and original, sourced from well-renowned international tabletop distribution companies. We do not carry counterfeits, copies or cheap imitations of any title.
